Interesting suggestion ...
I'll give it a try, but don't expect too much of it: the load caused by
this rsync is mainly i/o, not so much cpu, so reducing its cpu priority
isn't likely reducing the i/o load a lot. On the other hand, even a small
difference might work out well here.
