If I get this right a chroot environment is quite hard to maintain. Do
we need one at all? Maybe we could just run the webdb without any
virtual environment - there should be only the really necessary services
running anyhow. Or if this does not work we should go for some kind of
virtualized environment where a full distribution is running, so it can
be easily upraded with the tools of the used linux distribution...
