I think VoteBot is hosted by Philipp Dunkel.
The board's voting system is hosted on the webmail vserver. The mail
admins Nik, Jochim and Christopher should have access, but are probably
not familiar with it. Infrastructure admins (Jan and me) and the
critical admins have access too, but are only supposed to handle urgent
requests if no admin is available - especially the critical team.

So, the last changes regarding allowed voters have been done by myself.

The code for the voting system is hosted at
http://svn.cacert.cl/Software/Voting/ - however, the installed version
is not the current one, which is r66, except database.php with is r67.

Maybe someone likes to review the changes happened till back then, so we
can use the work done in the meantime.
