Why would I move the bootloader?

The BIOS does not continue. It just hangs if you have a large USB on the USB port.

It hangs means: It does not reach any other state than waiting with a nice message about USB disks scanning.

It will *not* reach any bootloader. Never*.

*=with this disk, this bios and this configuration.

If it was the problem about the bootloader I would have fixed it in about no time. (I can emulate a floppy with the iLO interface software).
