Hi,

I am suspecting that some amount of fullsearch requests are requiring
much computing time.
I adjusted the surge protection settings in the wiki configuration, but
I was not able to have different settings for logged in and guest users.

I will keep an eye on it, but so far have no idea how to efficiently
prevent this.
