Hi,

I don't think this is a good idea. I hope that the storage problems can
be solved soon and until then the issue won't be solved.
Archiving all mail should be an available option to all members and
entities within CAcert.

If storage goes out again, I could also shut down some systems not
actively used to the outside (e.g. development of new mail, monitor) and
archive them on the backup disk.
