After giving a basic introduction to our infrastructure in the first post in
this series [1] and discussing our mail systems [2], IRC infrastructure [3]
and monitoring setup [4] in subsequent posts I continue with some
information related to other infrastructure systems.

Other systems
=============

The overall status of the systems besides mail and IRC is better manageable.
The documentation could be improved and an additional person taking care of
the systems would be nice.

The systems have no urgent issues that I am aware of at the moment. In
general it would be nice to upgrade all systems to Debian Jessie and better
integrate monitoring, logging and backup but with less priority than the
systems listed above and from my point of view after setting up the ideas
sketched in my following post in this series.

That's it for the systems. Feel free to give feedback and share your ideas
and opinions.

The last post will discuss my idea for the future of how our infrastructure
team should manage the systems.

Best regards

Jan
