That would appear somewhat childish to use such a template resignation
letter and I believe you know to "whom it may concern". But regardless,
I am not aware of any legal structure I've had dealings with around the
world that allows an officer of a company to disclaim liability for the
period they were in office!

Please feel free to correct me and quote precedence, which I'll happily
pass along to my solicitor for verification. I've no doubt he'd enjoy
some amusement.

To put it bluntly, GROW UP.
