This is not in dispute, Duane. And once again, it shows how discussions 
over these mediums can lead to misinterpretations.

If we all go blindly saying "yep, sure, you can do that" without 
actually discussing it, then CAcert will end up being a guttered 
memory.

Back to my questions which have remained unanswered:
	And by assignable, does that mean you are able to sub-license the 
software?
	Would you object to having the code prohibited from being used in any 
other CA/RA entity?
