i agree that GPL would be prefereable, and many have discussed that a
Mozilla, Apache or Apple style license (requiring contributors to assign
copyright ownership of their contributions to CAcert) might be appropriate
as well.

but please let's move on now to working on the CAcert organizational
structure, policies and procedures, as Duane has assigned his copyright to
CAcert (the org) so that, once CAcert gets it's shit together
organizatonally, it can release the code under whatever license it decides.
