For those of us in the U.S., some may remember that President Clinton
signed (with little fanfare in the popular press), the Millennium
Digital Commerce Act of 2000. How it's interpreted outside of the U.S.
and esp. in Australia with the new "Fair Trade" agreement I have no clue.
