I've noticed that as of last week all mails to support AT cacert.org result in an immediate reply with a ticket number. If that fact was advertised on the website ("If you don't get an email back in response to a first mail message to support AT cacert.org you should check your spamfilter") it would help people detecting the problem, maybe.
