Lots of things are preferable, the only resizable version of the file I
that is available for the "official" logo is eps, though I have a work
in progress of it as a PSP and WMF, both of which are much more
flexable. Though I haven't continued work on it after a severe lack of
input from the "powers that be" at CAcert. My version has the letters
properly kerned and other minor improvements, like actual LAYERS.

I saw that, though I have never used the tool, I used PaintShpp Pro
8.10. The people who designed the logo originally used "the GIMP".
