According to the headers in each message, one can also subscribe as follows:

List-Unsubscribe:
<mailto:sympa AT lists.cacert.org?subject=unsubscribe%20cacert>

That is, one can send a message to "sympa AT lists.cacert.org" with the
subject of "unsubscribe cacert" (with no quotes) and the system will
unsubscribe you.
